Strong growth in our RNBSN and MSN nursing programs reflects market demands and student interest. The programs have received recognition for quality and model of delivery across the region and beyond. However, current resources for nursing education limit the full growth potential that exists. Funding to the Department of Nursing supports virtual labs (software), student scholarships, Pinning Ceremony, and other essential resources for students and faculty. With additional investment and collaboration in these initiatives that enhance nursing education and prioritizing collaboration between healthcare and educational institutions, both nursing programs can continue to grow and prosper. By meeting the growing demand for healthcare services and nursing education, we can ensure the nursing workforce is well-equipped, which is a critical imperative in today's evolving healthcare landscape.
