Equity and Opportunity Scholarship

Equity 2030 is a priority initiative within the Minnesota State System. This initiative seeks to shrink the achievement gap for underrepresented, first-generation, and other students with financial needs. SMSU prides itself on being comparatively very affordable, but most students accepted here still have a need for financial support beyond traditional federal aid. Our enhanced Equity and Opportunity Scholarship Program will provide scholarship opportunities for these students and help SMSU reach our Equity 2030 goals.
